Yass!! to my caption! cause that's what I feel I've been afraid to admit...Hey my loves I know it has been a very long time since I have blogged but PLEASE know I've been working. Mentally. However, I’m open to share the main key I have been trying to be disciplined besides self care is R-E-S-T. Resting is just as essential as the water we drink. ESSENTIAL. Seems like a waste of time, space, at times however truly rejuvenating.

Even those cat naps you know you owe yourself every now and then... Resting is a form of recharging like a battery. Reseting all of your moods, actions, mindset and putting your body at a mind of pause. We all need that sometimes even our bodies. With MG at the time this was literally the main problem I would fight… Is sleep. Feeling at my age I needed to
“Have it together” “ Be somewhere by a certain age” “ GRIND", catch up with everyone on socials.” all going to my head to the point I'm so caught up in the superficials of life. Not even considering my own well being for the future and even at the very moment... Just being on auto pilot… Like you know you are working but not a true meaning as to why… No true inspiration just doing. I was truly tired of living a life in constant drive.

E-T-Y-M-O-L-O-G-Y The study of the origin of words and the way in which their meanings have changed throughout history.I believe we all truly have so much to acquire when comes to the true origin of words. When researching your sources and the meanings to further deepen your mind words comes to a better understanding. Any topic or subject due to knowing the origin of such 😉 . Which can be very powerful because most don't take the time..Finding origin of words for me are helpful because it not only defines the context in which you use the word however you learn the root from which it derives from so it shows you how the origin of the word combined and it's true meaning!

QUICK QUESTION:
" What's one quick step I can do to jump start my autoimmune healing?"
I was answering questions on IG (@Mantra_maree) about my healing journey and know we sometimes are looking for "fast" or short ways to jump start our healing journey however the point in it is being your best self no matter what state you are in. When you are inflamed from Latin "a kindling, a setting on fire," noun of action from past participle stem of inflammare "to set on fire" (https://www.etymonline.com) has the origin to explain how your body is on fire, uncomfortable and not at ease. (dis-ease) Usually when our bodies are inflamed it is due to the high acidity & toxicity that remains in your body whether it is gut related, emotional, spiritual, Your body is speaking up for you!! in order to regulate the body to get a way of a jumpstart is getting in more Alkaline foods! adding more greens, better quality water, as well as creating a healthier environment around you in order to manifest the lifestyle you are craving to acquire, the health you are wanting to attract. We have to act as if it is said and done, be grateful for the journey and live in these moments! MY TYPES OF REST IN ORDER TO RECHARGE AND BE MY BEST SELF!!

My Types/Examples of rest!!
Time away: Pulling yourself away from anything that can be overwhelming & stressful can be hard however make it more of a healthy habit! Even if it is for 5 minutes!! (Walking around your neighborhood, watching your favorite episode.)
Permission to NOT be helpful is OK!!!: People at a dis-ease are experiencing a lot of inflammation ( YOUR BODY IN FLAMES) therefore you can't expect to help everyone or anyone for that matter like you usually do.... We have to be selfish especially when our body is at this high acidic state. Even people without any dis-ease doing too much for others and not enough for yourself works up not only you but your immune system. Your body will let you know when you aren't pouring into yourself.
UNPRODUCTIVE IS OKAY!!: It's OK to lounge around and truly do nothing with intent of... doing nothing! just make sure you aren't overdoing it... a day, an hour, maybe.. find your own balance when it comes to time management. I think you are still doing amazing no matter what.
ART & NATURE: I have read as well as experienced the healing through art and nature as well as just finding that connection can bring a mind at ease. We are one with nature, There is more perspectives to see in art than just one. Find your bliss in the ways of the world.
SOLITUDE: You can recharge in a state of silence and bliss. These are just ways & hints to help you find your own... everyone is different and will find their own places of solitude.Where ever you may find it! the beach, your backyard, garden.
BREAK FROM RESPONSIBILITY: Theres a time & place to draw a line when it comes to responsibilities because we always will have them. Hence, there's time to make a space and boundary between it all cause it will always be there! These breaks call for childhood play and or relaxation! drawing, watching a childhood movie, cartoons, however you express your inner child to relax and take it down two notches!
STILLNESS: Being in a still state is another way of isolation & relaxation that can bring more peace in the harmony of your relaxing! Another form of meditation if you will!
SAFE SPACE: Having a safe space is very important when expressing any of these emotions or activities because if you aren't feeling safe you aren't feeling yourself!! survival mode can kick in and can make it really hard to relax when you aren't feeling that way.
ALONE TIME AT HOME: This statement is essential especially at home! this is your sanctuary as well as a form of a safe space! Making a place or space for yourself is very salient when it comes to your needs & wants always coming first! And please know all these forms of rest are forms of healing your mind, body & spirit.
JULY The month of growth, levels of self discovery & self love!


For July I apply what I may be learning based off of Reading this book: "The writings of Florence Shin" talks about duality with the laws on the physical plane. How the expression of our emotions can really make or break how we approach life. He gives very specific rules on how to spiritually understand the laws of nature on earth! To be honest this is a very hard read however eye am taking it bit by bit! Eye am trying to blog more. Do more. However for the ones who support me I am transitioning my hands on efforts to my close friends! giving access to my daily rituals, questions, consultations as well as my vegan life style one step at a time and soul much more!

REMEMBER SLEEP IS YOUR BEST FRIEND!!
RECHARGING IS HOW YOU COME BACK 10X STRONGER!
MAKE A PLAN, BUILD A ROUTINE,STICK TO YOUR SCRIPT!
