Getting to know oneself is really not as easy as most think. My experience I feel didn't truly start until I wanted to actually do the work. Which was within these 6 months. And with that may not be as easy... requires discipline, resistance, endurance because you have to be dedicated to finding that nitch to something you love and stick with it! I found three ways that may help become easier when doing so... this can be... we must constantly search for a positive outlook on this! Keeping a positive vibration during such negative times will not be easy... as well as need to be essential especially people with immune disorders. Keeping a high vibration of positivity can improve your health drastically.

These hard times are challenging us for a greater world! In which I believe. The main cure to boredom and overthinking is keeping busy!! doing so will not only keep you motivated but **LASER FOCUSED** on the type of health, job, even lifestyle, that you want to achieve with more time to do so in order to manifest the things you want!
The motto that constantly keeps me moving is "Keeping calm and staying busy!" Every day, the 24 hours that we have should take a piece out in order to be focused on improving oneself!

And with that may not be as easy... requires discipline, resistance, endurance that is tested every day. You have to be dedicated to finding that nitch to something you love and to enjoy practicing and trying to stick with it! I found three creative ways that may help become easier when doing so...
1. FIND YOUR ISOLATION ZONE.
Getting in your zone... even consistently can take a lot of self-development, time, and understanding! All of that requires a lot of time to yourself. This didn't make much sense in the beginning, was very boring and tedious...however, the more time I took to evaluate my creative thoughts and take the time to really focus on my OWN dislikes, likes, wants rather than everyone else's becomes quite very peaceful and more enjoying of self because you become not only more aware of the things you want but isolate the things you want to work towards based on the creative thoughts that will flow in order for you to manifest!
I know most aren't used to or don't want to be alone, however the more you stretch and practice that muscle through finding ways of your own enjoyment the more you will learn to love because you will learn how to love and even care for yourself better! You will learn and understand more of yourself and how you work!
-Ideas:
Meditation🧘🏿♀️🧘🏾♀️🧘🏽♀️🧘🏼♀:
Can be very helpful when it comes to concentration & focus...even can improve the way you feel just even 10 minutes a day!
-Videos:
Meditation music, relaxing sounds of nature, the beach, any way to get to your own quiet safe space can help to isolate anything you may want to focus on or even end up finding!
*TIP* It may be difficult to find peace and may fall asleep and that is okay! find something else to do and you are always able to come back to it!
-Video topics:
Finding your topic of DIY's, just anything that creates an interest to you I feel the basis of video topics can be confusing because you don't really know what you are looking for sometimes which gives you a perfect time to explore! Looking at the topics under the youtube search bar can have a broad range of things to do, learning new genres of songs, improving ones mind with endless possibilities of things you end up learning to love!
-Audiobooks:
Finding audiobooks was my best bet yet.. you can play them anywhere you are as well as being focused on any task you may have at hand or just want to sit to listen & absorb! I will list my two current favorite audiobooks so far that has been keeping me very motivated!
"The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success."
This audio book I have been listening to lately has really expanded not only my mind also my options. Things I have never heard were possible, things I doubted myself about but heard confirmation through these audio books. So far, the book is giving out laws about the mind & how the energy of whatever you may be feeling will manifest in ways you may of never known. Positive or negative. "THE UNIVERSE DOES NOT HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR" Meaning anything you say, repeat or do as in actions will manifest through a positive or negative outlook in your life if you are joking or not.... Be kind to yourself.
"The Art Of Communicating."
I try to branch out to different categories of topics and ways of my own healing.... which I believe one way is learning the true form of communication and how to talk not only towards other people but even yourself... This main topic I have been doing nothing but studying, reading, and soaking up anything that I can. This audio book is mainly focused on the energies you are showing through your art of communication. And the things we are "not" hearing but learning the mindfulness of ones body language & suffering through actions and communicating. Just think even studying the essentials of how you speak and the energies you are really showing without even knowing it.This is and still is my favorite book I listen to day to day.
2. GET TO KNOW YOURSELF.
As easy as the caption says "get to know yourself" I don't find it nearly as easy to do at times...I feel to really get to know ones self is finding ways of caring for yourself. Some things I like to do that helps making me comfortable in my own space and know myself I start is:
- Feel comfortable in your skin:

Taking a bath, making my space comfortable like a spa with candles, my favorite incense, face mask, high vibrational music, roses,my favorite music, even a movie just anything you know makes you feel great and relieves your stress,nervousness, anything that will get in the way of you not being able to focus on you & you only. Having a laser focus on what keeps you happy even in your own space.
Make the time...
I believe lonilness is not a bad thing. Can be scary, awkward,uncomfortable, but is needed. Those are the times that can be invested into you. Learning more about what you are passionate about, being able to live in the here and now, even finding ways for self reflection towards your own healing and make your own safe place.
Decision making...(No time for Excuses...)
We are aware times are very busy and can get out of hand.. things come up, bad news appears, work becomes overwhelming... and I completely understand. You will have those days. That is okay... However, We must give us a time frame. Be accountable for our time. Try to give yourself 24 hours to do your grieving,chores,errands,work,anything you need to get out of the way in order to make the time for the things you truly want to focus on..
Affirmations ✨ .
Words seem so simple nevertheless,are very powerful. Practicing writing down affirmations is training your subconscious mind to have positive thoughts 💭. They are very powerful as they release negativy,worry,fear, even doubt.
These affirmations will slowly change your way of thinking and can drastically change your life!
You could also try just simply writing down things you are thankful for, appreciate in the moment, or things you may want in the future.
These types of sayings should be repeated,written down, repetitively in order to create a habit not only in your mind yet,in your actions as well.
Try a notebook, 📒 Writing down your mantras everyday will start to fill you not only on the inside but your actions and your ways of thinking will have a higher and better outlook and gives you a way to have no choice but to do better! this will take time and is not expected right away at all... Try things out..be creative and fall in love with the words you say about yourself with making your own high vibrational mantras! ✨
3. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!
Trying something new would be a good way to try to branch out to find things you might end up loving! Make time to research things you have been interested in, appealing to your eye, stands out, makes you feel good inside, something that is able to make you forget its even a task at all! because you love it so much! I know seems so easy to write... nevertheless doing the work can also deal with trial and error... at times, therefore, try to take a break and try again!
Perspectives I try to have in order to find something I want to really love or learn is by trying things out, learning examples,finding inspirations through nature,people,outlooks on actions,journeys which you can find along your way of life... Therefore relax. On the other hand, take note to pay attention to everything around you and realize the materials you may have needed yet never payed attention to. 🧿 ✨ .
Ideas:
Learning how to make homemade facial masks, creams, body butters, candles ,bath bombs, soaps..
Learning a different language you may have always wanted to learn.
Take a Masterclass course for free.
Finding walks, trails, places to hike that you may really enjoy.
Decluttering.
Finding a favorite podcast to enjoy in your leisure or car rides.
DIY's on your favorite item (skateboard, coffee mug, life hacks.)
- These were just only a few of the ideas I have come up with in ways of spending better time in your leisure! I will also explain how I incorporate all of these things into my daily life!
MG FUN FACT #12:
I love when I start my reasoning breaking down the definition of words in order to get an emphasis on what I'm trying to explain. Under-stimulation occurs when there's not enough going on in our environment around us to keep us focused or even interested! This can be very difficult at times especially if you may be the type to get bored easy,want to neglect the things you may need to do or need the courage to start! this all comes from within you. I want you to know whoever is reading this I believe in you. I see you. And you CAN do this. I will be sharing my hobbies that has not only helped keep me busy nevertheless, be apart of my journey to healing of our auto immune journey. My life has completely changed now that I've grown to really love during my pastime everyday! This has really changed my life & hope it can just make you think a little deeper than most! 😉
My Hobbies...
Gardening:
Gardening is one of the ways I find peace. When my diet was changing I began wanting to take time to thoroughly take control of all my intake. So much in control to the point I thought to myself how this benefits my future & the long haul of success in order to keep me occupied.What interests me more is knowing the foods will sustain me not only physically but mentally! I was inspired as I began doing my research and found @ronfinleyhq he had me very moved as he changed his neighborhood planting fruits & vegetables! 🌶 🌽 🥒.
Cooking:
Another one of my favorites is definitely cooking! I've always loved cooking since I was a child aside from growing up,I began my research more after my diagnosis and reading ways of improving the immune system through your diet.Ever since then I've never felt better!
Juicing:( full daily diet in previous blog post.) Ways of eliminating waste also became my new profound subject as I researched which was juicing. Overtime, my everyday drink became celery juice! Sounds not very enticing however very nutritious! taking the time to be creative with your food not only creates a connection not just with you, on the other hand a better understanding of your own pallet including how your body works when you pay closer attention.
Reading:
My last, still most favorite is reading. This hobby did not come easy for me if that is hard to believe 😂. I overtime became tired of lacking understanding of certain things I was going through with other people, I was distracted, not as focused and seemed not as motivated due to not finding a true interest. One day I heard a tip and wrote down a list of subjects I liked and did my research finding some powerful women from instagram thanks to @thehoodhealer some books I've grown to love are "All about Love" by Bell Hooks, "From Niggas to Gods by Akil. Such powerful reads that reveal such great truth.

My Motivation....
My amazing journey of finding what makes me happy and keeps me busy has been truly a wonderful journey. Still everyday my conquest is never ending towards my healing nevertheless, My marathon will always continue to strive to be better, stronger even wiser than I ever been.Thankyou for reading & supporting me beyond belief!
